1. Service Availability
Puredible Oil delivers products across India, including metro and non-metro locations. Delivery availability may vary depending on the shipping address provided during checkout.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be delayed slightly and will be dispatched on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Products are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days in metro areas and 5 to 7 business days in other regions. Delivery may vary based on your location and logistics partner performance.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable to orders below this amount.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number. This tracking link allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
6. Delivery Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation strikes, or regional lockdowns. We are not liable for such delays but will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will work with our courier partners to ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
