1. General Policy: No Refund, No Exchange
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (edible oils), we strictly adhere to a No Refund, No Exchange policy. This means that, except for the explicit and limited exception detailed in Section 3, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders within 6 hours of placing them by sending an email to info@puredibleoils.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, and the No Refund, No Exchange policy will apply.
3. Limited Exception: Damaged or Defective Product
We will only consider a refund if the product received is demonstrably damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired upon arrival. This is the sole exception to our No Refund, No Exchange policy.
Request Window: Refund requests based on this exception must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Proof: The request must include clear, supporting evidence such as photographs of the damaged item and packaging, along with your complete order details (Order ID, Name, Date of Purchase).
Eligibility: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the damage appears to be caused by the customer or if the product has been opened or used.
4. Refund Processing for Approved Exceptions
Once a refund for a damaged or defective item is approved under Section 3, the following applies:
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and is beyond our control.
